We directly supervise every project and self-perform the critical structural elements of your pool. The work that determines strength, precision, and longevity is carried out by our own experienced team – not passed between subcontractors. Initial Quote
We’ll meet you onsite to understand you, your home, and your outdoor space. Once we clearly understand your goals, we’ll provide a quote for your concrete pool or plunge pool project.
Sign Contract
Once the quote is approved, we prepare a detailed contract outlining all aspects of the build.
After receiving the signed contract, we will send you an invitation to Buildertrend to give real-time visibility into your project, including schedules, updates, and communication in one place. A 10% deposit is required at this stage.
Design and Approval
Construction
The construction phase generally takes 16 weeks, depending on the size, design, and complexity of your concrete pool.
Weather conditions can also affect timelines, as some stages of swimming pool construction rely on suitable conditions to ensure quality results.
Completion & Certification
Once construction is finished, we arrange all final inspections and certifications. This ensures your pool is fully compliant and ready for use.
Handover
It’s time to enjoy your Baja Pool. We’ll conduct a handover meeting and provide a clear, easy-to-follow guide on maintaining your new concrete pool or plunge pool, so you can enjoy it with confidence.
